Lucio E. Cano was born and raised in Dallas Texas who also grew to have a passion for law enforcement. He currently serves as a Deputy Marshal with the City of Balch Springs. Lucio served as a Detective/Senior Corporal for the Dallas Police Department for 16 years. Detective Cano has a total of 20 years in law enforcement, spending majority of his career in specialized units like the Crime Response Team, Burglary Task Force, Inner-Community Policing, and Deployment Unit. Detective Cano also worked 5 years as a Detective in the Southwest Investigative Unit, investigating Aggravated Robberies, Burglaries, and Cruelty to Animal Cases. Detective Cano also worked 5 years as a Detective in the Narcotics Division. In the Narcotics Division, he worked undercover along with Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) infiltrating cartel cells in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area. Detective Cano has extensive amounts of experience including: investigative, Master Peace Officer, Execution of State and Federal Search Warrants, Defensive tactics, Field Training Officer (FTO), Reality Base Training (RBT), Dynamic Tactical Entry, Vehicle Strategic  Assault, Distractionary Device Deployment, Counter Terrorism, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), Rapid Rescue Response, Strategic Riot Control. Lucio Cano’s vision to offer more to the community and surrounding cities has lead him, and other partners to begin Delta Security Solutions, in order to provide their law enforcement expertise to better serve the community. Jose was born in Dallas Texas. Since an early age in his life he always had an eagerness to learn and a passion for business. The son of two immigrant parents, Jose learned the value of a dollar early in his life getting his first job at the age of 15 in construction. A love for technology drove him to get a job in video communication and network configuration at the age of 24. Jose also has a strong background in finance from working in banking since 2008. In 2012 after being a victim of a home burglary Jose took his life experience and saw an opportunity to start a video surveillance company to prevent and deter crime in homes and businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Jose has acquired extensive experience in Analog, Digital,Infrared, Ip, 720p, 1080p, covert audio and video, body worn, and video and audio analytics systems. His desire to provide an elite level of full security solutions, and God's placement of like-minded people in his path, led him and his partners to form Delta Security Solutions.

Ramon Almanza was born and raised in El Paso Texas and comes from a family of law enforcement. He currently serves as a Deputy Marshal with the City of Balch Springs and is a certified instructor for the Dallas College Law Enforcement Academy. Ramon began his law enforcement career in the state of Arizona along with becoming a DOD contractor overseas and then later moved to the state of Texas where he has began persuing his passion for staff training and development in the law enforcement and security industry. Deputy Almanza has a total of 20+ years in law enforcement and security, spending majority of his career as a firearms and defensive tactics instructor. Deputy Almanza holds several instructor certifications to include Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) Firearms, Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Responce Training (ALERRT), Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) License to Carry, Texas Private Security Bureau (TPSB) Level III & IV, National Rifle Association (NRA) Firearms, Reality Base Training (RBT), Tactical Entry, Vehicle Approach Strategies and Tactics, Ballistic Breaching, Distractionary Device Deployment, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and Riot Control.
